Primarily, Vogt Projekt Control GmbH offers services in the planning, construction supervision, and technical project management of complex construction projects in civil, structural, and engineering disciplines. Vogt Projekt Control operates in all performance phases according to the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers). In this regard, aobis serves as the IT partner of Vogt Projekt Control GmbH, ensuring flexible and tailored adaptation of IT workstations for each construction project through Workplace as a Service. Workstations can be added or removed on a monthly basis according to requirements.
In February 2014 Andreas Vogt founded the engineering firm Vogt Projekt Control in Otterfing. What started back then as a small venture with just two employees has quickly grown into a nationwide operating engineering firm with four locations. To gain so many reputable clients as a newly established company and earn their trust for highly complex large-scale projects carries a great responsibility. It also poses a significant challenge to the entire IT infrastructure. The requirement was clear: working autonomously, flexibly, and independently worldwide is a fundamental prerequisite for successful project management. Additionally, ensuring reliable and competent IT support in every situation was the benchmark. Moreover, the desire to have everything from a single source was always a top priority.
After a thorough and targeted analysis, it quickly became apparent that only a unified IT infrastructure could meet this challenge. The implementation of Workplace as a Service significantly increased the flexibility and scalability that is crucial for Vogt Projekt Control. The independence and freedom to quickly, flexibly, and predictably adjust the IT infrastructure to match the current projects and needs are now ensured. As a result, Vogt Projekt Control can easily adapt the required IT workstations on a monthly basis according to personnel requirements and project demands for the duration of the projects.
